Ottawa, Ontario, Canada April 28, 2010 Ben spoke to the alumni and friends of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. He used a description of his encounter with the war lord, Joseph Kony to illustrate how mediators have to expand their repetoire to deal with the epi centers of power so that the policy context to give peace a chance is established.
